Our Return Policy
If you decide for any reason that you would like to return your order within 60 days of your purchase just give us a call and we will arrange pickup, pay for return shipping and arrange for an exchange or refund once we receive the item.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must arrive at our warehouse in its original packaging and in its original condition. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
If your item is damaged on receipt, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery. We will then arrange for you to receive an undamaged replacement, as soon as possible.
How do I process a return?
Email us at email@example.com and we will arrange for pickup and return shipping. Once we receive the item in the condition stated above we will let you know and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
