Q: How do I apply my Coupon Code?
A: If you have a coupon code that entitles you to a discount on your purchase, just follow the steps below. If you do not remember the code or cannot find the email with the information in it, drop us a line on live chat or call us at 1300 251 522.
Step 1: Add Your Item to Your Cart -- Once you have all the information you need and are ready to proceed to checkout then the next step is to select the quantity you want and click the "Add to Cart" button on to add your product to your shopping cart.
Step 2: Proceed to Checkout -- On the Cart page click on the "Secure Checkout" Button to proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Enter Your Coupon Code -- Enter your code on the right side of the checkout page in the space marked "Discount" and then click "Apply". You should then see the discount applied to your order.
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can pay by credit/debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal or Google Pay
Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q: What happens once I place an order?
A: As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order. Once we confirm that your item(s) is in stock, we will process payment, ship your item and notify you within three (3) business days. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void your credit card pre-authorisation and let you know immediately.
Q: When will I get my items?
A: If your item is in stock it will ship within three (3) business days of order. If you have not received notification that your item has left the warehouse in that time, contact us at email@example.com.
Once shipped, most smaller items will take 3-5 business days for delivery. Larger items like golf buggies, golf bags, and golf packages will be shipped by road and will take 5-7 days for delivery. If you live in a regional or remote area, expect 1-2 additional days for delivery.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Q: What if my item is damaged?
A: Please inspect the packaging of your item once they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it immediately when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org the day of delivery and we will get you a replacement as soon as possible.

Q: What if I find the same item at a lower price elsewhere?
A: If you find another online store that offers a lower price for the same item, give us a call within 180 days of your purchase and we will refund you the difference.
Even if you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item within 180 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.
To request a refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our competitor’s website at email@example.com within 180 days from the date of your purchase and we will take care of the rest.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (i.e.; eBay, overstock, etc.)
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question
- Our price match guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes GST
